This is my first attempt at setting up a subscription workflow via API and I am stuck on the Integration guides step 4: Get Customer Approval

Basically I have not found a way to be informed when the client approves my subscription so I can proceed with executing the subscription.
I tried subscription webhooks but there does not appear to be one appropriate for this.
What have I missed?
