Send money to external paypal address with server integration

Hi,

i am building a page that uses gamification to help raise funds.
Basically people get points/badges/ranking/fame/swag for donating money to good causes.

So i need to send money (via paypal) to multiple accounts (multiple organisations) that i do not have access to.
But i need to verify the transaction or at least know what amount was send in order to give points to the user that donated.

Is this possible with the paypal API and how?
