How can I remove the Ship to Billing Address on the PayPal Checkout? Specifically using Ninja Forms integration within WordPress for a client? Tried a few CSS options that I found but they do not seem to work as described. Using PayPal to checkout for a paid appointment therefore there is nothing to ship and don't need to collect that information.
