Problems with Live Transactions

We are using Authorize and Capture flow in our website.

Everything works fine in sandbox mode but when we switch to live mode we encounter problem of not being able to do transaction from same paypal account or credit card with same email more than once.

Initially when we tested with Live mode, we were able to do multiple transactions with same account but the captures were showing 'On Hold' in PayPal dashboard. Now there are showing as 'Completed' which is good but for some reason it is not allowing multiple transactions.

 

Not able to figure out the cause of this and why this happens only in Live mode.

 

Any help will be appreciated.
