Payment problem from customer ( chance from email to API )

Hello, on 30/03/2023 I set a new change according to the request of paypal for API credentials - we chance in our webstore administration from old paypal email to new API numbers. In attachment. From this time on, customers write to us that they cannot send payment. There is a problem with the payment gateway and redirection. In the attachment I am sending the answers from the customer - they are all the same and have the same problem. I have been receiving payments this way for many years, but after this change, a problem arose. I am asking for urgent help.

Good day @Petr8,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Could you please cross check your website(built via eCommerce ) API request calls and make sure your using LIVE API credentials.

Please follow the below steps to access your LIVE NVP/SOAP API credentials(i.e User Name, Password & Signature) via your Business PayPal account:

Login to your PayPal account>> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.

(Or)

Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.

Please follow the below steps to access REST API credentials(i.e Client ID & Secret) via developer portal.

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/  >> My apps & credentials >> toggle "LIVE/SANDBOX" >> create "App" >> fill required details >> you can able to access your LIVE REST API (Client ID & Secret).

If your still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with PayPal transaction IDs which is missing in your PayPal account.

Sincerely,
