Payee email receipt not happening

Payee is not receiving Payment receipt after a successful Auth/Capture using authorization POST url: /v1/oauth2/token.  Captured transactions are showing as "Completed" in the PayPal website.  Payer is receiving Payment authorization e-mail receipts but the Payee is not.  Can anyone help?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

Once the payment processed successfully(Capture API returns success/completed), PayPal system will trigger payment email notifications to both customer/buyer and merchant/seller. 

 

Please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
