Old Subscribe Link missing under buttons for New Account

Hi,

I have a new customer.  I want to create subscribe buttons for monthly subscriptions but when I go to

https://www.paypal.com/buttons 

only Smart Subscribe shows up Not just Subscribe which I have working with the IPN  nicely.

Is this Subscribe method not longer available for new PayPal Business accounts or is there a way to find it.
