Marketplace APIs for the Earning feature in App

Hello Team,
I'm creating an app in React JS and Python language for the socialmedia posts. In which we're providing earning feature to the creators for posting ads in their social page. So for the earning option we're using Paypal for that. Now my question is that do Paypal support any merchant flow or are there any particular APIs to handle this marketplace feature ?

I hope I'm clear from the feature side, if not please let me know what more info you need from our end?
