I Can't able to create a new REST API apps

I cant able to create a new REST API App, When I type the app name its showing error, but not mentioning what error is that.

Please check the attache image for more reference. Even I have given all kind of formatted text like this-is-random-text or this-is or thisi. Nothing helped.
