On our platform we use Orders API to make payments via PayPal. We want to receive transaction statuses from Paypal in order to process them on our side (in particular, the status "on hold" that a transaction can have in the Paypal account). But the Orders API does not provide an opportunity to receive transaction statuses. Please tell me which API and which request we need to use in order to be able to receive and process the status of the transaction "on hold".
