How can you clean out old products and billing plans?

During testing I have programmatically created some products and billing plans.
Does PayPal have any way to manage these through the Dashboard? Unlike Stripe, which has a nice clear UI for this, Paypal only seems to have the option of creating and editing through code.
Worse still, I cannot find any way to delete the unwanted products and billing plans. There's nothing in the documentation on how to do it.
In desperation I tried deleting the App through the Dashboard thinking it would take all those unwanted products and plans with it. No such luck. They seem to be set in stone once you create them, and because you have to use code to create them, a mistake can result in dozens if not hundreds of unwanted records that seem to be completely useless, and clutter up and slow down any future requests to list products/plans.
