Error 404 on Paypal Developer Dashboard

I cannot access the PayPal developer dashboard getting error 404.

I have tried to reproduce the issue and could able to access the PayPal Developer Dashboard without any issues.

This should be an intermittent issue, could you please try now by clearing your web browser cache/cookies.

This didn't work, I've tried everything now, got no access to my PayPal account when I try to sign in. Just comes up with 404 error page instead!
