Error 400. works on desktop but not on mobile?



I am making trying to pas to paypal basic info - the paypal window works fine on desktop but fails to load on mobile phones.

Request is not well-formed, syntactically incorrect, or violates schema. Error 400.

Please cross check your LIVE PayPal Business account and make sure it is verified and confirmed without any account limitations


I would suggest to please contact the support of third party eCommerce support, who should be able to help you regarding the plugins/modules setup and make sure your website system is passing valid API requests to PayPal system. 


Third party platforms eCommerce develops their own plugins/modules.

Please follow the below steps via your PayPal account. 

Login >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select "Smart Buttons" button type >> fill all the required details.

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via -  with the detail information and error details.
