I would like to know if it is possible to create a payment system with the usage of the provided APIs of PayPal.
Basically, what I would like to do is:
1. Client puts money in escrow
2. We deliver the order
3. Approval of order & release of funds
The reason why I am asking is because I am creating an e-commerce platform where users can buy different services. I would like to implement it this way to make users feel comfortable and reassure them that they are NOT being scammed. I have looked at the Adaptive Payments Section but I could not find something that describes my goal. I would also prefer to avoid using escrow.com as having multiple APIs from different companies is not something that I chase. I am new when it comes to PayPal's API so be patient and if you want, guide me correctly!
