I'm using PayPal payment processor to process payment from buyers who are based in the US and outside the US.
Is there anyway to Configure PayPal to calculate Taxes automatically without any external API but a natively inherent PayPal config?
I need to calculate payment for buyers within and outside the US.
SO I need to be able to configure to calculate taxes to collect for us buyers as well as foreign buyers.
If there is please point me to any document that you have seen.
