Dear All,
we're currently implementing a way of making payouts to people for sponsorship. The users perform tasks, advertise thintgs, etc and we get paid money which we then want to pass on.
Its my understanding that (paying in US dollars) we have to pay a fee to 25c to a US paypal account (flat fee) and 2% to any other account. Is this correct? (based on https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees#paypal-payouts)
Is there a way I can find out in advance where a paypal account is? i.e. API call?
Is there a simple way to pass the fees on to the users?
Links to documentation for this?
Thanks in advance?
Jim.
