Ordered two containers of those wipes in mid-April. Mid-June I received only one. Did a dispute and the seller offered $5. I was extremely insulted and declined the offer. Paypal later said I had to file a report with a law official. Filed my complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and submitted my documents. Paypal just sent me a message saying the seller will settle for a full refund when I return the item(s). I've been going through way too much with this seller.
