Hi everyone,
I bought a used MacBook pro ob eBay from a personal seller. The seller made a mistake while listing and I received a different model. I wanna ask for my money back so I opened a return case. But the seller claims that she does not have the money anymore and offers some money back.
What should I do? I don't really want this laptop but I'm afraid that I may lose more money if I insist on returning this laptop.
I know I am protected by ebay's policy but how does it really work? Will I get a refund when the seller don't have the money?
Best regards
