Return Shipping On Us
I recently returned an item on Ebay. I purchased the return shipping label using Ebay/Paypal's shipping service and mailed the package. Tracking shows that the item has been successfully delivered.
I am now trying to get a refund on the return shipping using the "Return Shipping on Us" promotion which I activated prior to purchasing the item returned.
What can be used as proof of the return, if a picture of the outside of the box is unavailable? What can I do to obtain a copy of the shipping label for proof?
I am unable to reprint or view the label I purchased from Ebay shipping anymore as it has been over 24 hours, but I have other information on hand such as the tracking number and return ID. I also have the drop off receipt.
