I've been u sing the Paypal Debit Mastercard for the last few years. Have been trying to apply for the new Access Card. Filled out the online application and now stuck in a loop, and cant seem to go any further, as it keeps asking me to confirm the details of the business owner and when I do complete the details, I get a message saying'
