Can you use a PayPal me link that was used in a deleted account? The link is no longer active since the account was deleted, but I would like to use the same link for a different account. The deleted account was mine

Create the link and if it lets you use the name, then yes. If it says that name is not available for use, then it is not.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
