How to a contact a paypal operator in customer service during the pandemic?

Hey guys, hope you lot are healthy!

Does anyone know how to get in touch with a human being on the call centre as I keep getting hung up on by the automation system as 'we currently have no staff to answer your call'? I have called multiple times at different times but still no answer! Does anyone know what to do? And am is this happening to you guys too?
