Haven't had email that i should have beenn sent to connect reader to my phone...

Recently purchased a paypal card reader. attempting to go through the process to get it connected to my phone. Got as far as getting a message on my phone that says 'your application is being reviewed' & that i should get a text message shortly so they can get more info from me/for verification. We have never received this text. We've tried twice. Really frustrating as i need to get this all connected so i can use. Tried calling paypal but no staff available to deal with paypal here questions so we are stuck in limbo. fwiw my partner has disabled the spam filter incase that would help but it's made no differance.

 

anyone else had this and if so, what can we do?
