Check Scanning App is Garbage on Android

Does anyone else find it impossible to deposit a check? First, it never auto captures the back of the check. Then (the 1 in 5 times it accepts my manual capture) it rejects the transaction for an unspecified reason (error A103). This has happened with multiple checks, I've literally never been able to deposit one, and this is the only reason I upgraded my account. Does anyone know how to fix this, or what A103 means?

It's possible that the writing on the check is not dark enough or that some of the information, like the check amount, is not close enough to its intended area to be read properly by our software.

Thanks, Ingo was able to resolve the issue. Apparently they had my account in an "inactive" status for some reason that was preventing checks from going through. Once they fixed it the app worked. I will note that it took about 40 minutes for them to take me off hold and another 10 to pull up my account and correct it. So grab a snack before you call.
