I have created a personal account on PayPal but received a one time rent payment as goods & services. Now all the funds I'm receiving are under goods & services, and I want to change it back to friends and family. The edit button in paypal.me solution posted in other threads no longer work. My account is a Singapore account.
I can't seem to even close my account or reach anyone customer service at the moment to help resolve this issue.
