Can I still retrieve a copy of the USPS prepaid label I've created on January 8th?

Hi all! Can I still retrieve a copy of the USPS prepaid label I've created on January 8th? It hasn't been scanned since last Thursday and I have coordinated with USPS about this matter. They are asking for a photo of the label so they can investigate further. I tried searching for it under the Activity section and did not find anything. Thank you!

Hi @theboychild,

Thanks for posting about this issue. You can reprint a shipping label so it should work for this issue.

 

To reprint a shipping label from your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Find the original payment from the buyer.
3. Click on the buyer’s name.
4. Click Reprint Label near the bottom of the page.
5. Click Print Label.

Here's how to reprint a label from your email account:

1. Go to the email account that you registered on your PayPal account.
2. Find the email from PayPal about your shipping label.
3. Open the email and follow the steps to reprint your label.
