Hey so i got this email from paypal labeled with "You've got a $5 reward to claim". Everytime i try to claim my reward it says there's an issue. I read the other posts and its sounding like this is some type of scam, however, my main concern is the email is too my personal email address but the content is addressing someone else. I knew this person years ago and am wondering if my account has been hacked?
