Same thing JUST happened to me but they’ve never done this before. I wonder if it’s a change they’ve made to how they’re doing the pay in 4. IF it is, they should’ve stated that somewhere to let people know BEFORE they processed any payments. It isn’t right to have people thinking they were approved to “pay in 4” with only a smaller payment at time of using it but then charge that payment AND the full purchase price. That surely isn’t pay in 4! I don’t get it at all ... and it isn’t right or fair.
