I have just used an offer from payal for booking.com of £20 off on a hotel purchase.
I went on booking, booked a room, the discount of £20 was applied but the property immediately cancelled my booking saying "this rooom is not available anymore".
Paypal will issue me automatically the paid amount into my account but WILL I HAVE BACK EVEN THE DISCOUNT OF £20?
