I purchased a gift card from paypal digital gifts back in May, but i never received the email delivery. I was too busy to follow up with paypal. Now i need to either get my money back or have paypal digital gifts redeliver me the gift card. However, apparently it's almost impossible to get in touch with PayPal digital gifts. The phone number listed in Help Center[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]never works. If I call Paypal, they just tell me it's Paypal Digital Gifts which is a different dept and ask me to get in touch with them directly. I made the purchase on 5/28 and Paypal claim I just passed 6 months window and no longer disputable. So anyway to get my $ back? Can anyone help pls?
