has any one acctualy recived the $10 reward offer pay pal sent in your email? i did it 4 days ago said i got it but have recived nothing so far

I have the same problem. I accepted the offer and signed in the same morning that I received the email from PayPal, . The website said that my acceptance was successful and I have yet to actually get the $10.
