Why does paypal shipping default to my Paypal Credit instead of my Bank account?

Hi,

So I'm trying to create a shipping label. But for some reason, and I noticed this for a while now. If I don't have any balance in my paypal, it defaults to my Paypal Credit instead of my bank account. Is there a way I can fix this?

Welcome to the Community! 

For each individual billing agreement, you'll have to manually select which payment method you want to use.

You can read how to change the payment method on automatic payments here.

I know how to change automatic payment methods... but paypal shipping is not listed in there. It won't let me change it on the paypal shipping area either. So I don't know what else to do.
