Where's the money I loaded

I deposited money onto my prepaid debit card at Walgreens and it's been 4 hours and the money still hasnt appeared in my account balance . I didnt use the Qr code I just paid at the register and swiped my card .

i went to Dollar General and i handed them 213.95 to load 210.00 on my card i got the reciete were it said i payed it to load my paypal card it is now been almost 72 hrs and paypal has no records of the transaction and i sent a copy of the reciete to paypal to show were i payed it. i have not herd anything about it and it has not been placed on my account and Dollar General told me today that they will not give me a refound of my money so now it isnt in my paypal account and im told im not getting a refound from the place that took my money so what do i do now
