Hello all,
Due to the virus, I had to change my shipping methods on ktown4u as the shipping method that I choose is unavailable. I contacted their customer service and asked them to change to shipping method to DHL. They agreed, provided that I sent them a payment of 3.39 USD via transaction id. I have no idea what a transaction id is? Is this a scam? They also told my shipment is at DHL but when I inputted my tracking number it came up as "can't be found." I'll copy and paste what they said to me down below:
"Dear customer,
If you pay an extra 3.39 USD, the shipment is available via DHL. But we are not responsible for the following tax issue. So if you agree with this, please make the payment to "X" and share the transaction ID with us (by copy and paste) till 27th of Mar.
Thanks."
