Sign-up online access issue paypal prepaid

Hello,
Can someone help me with the online access sign-up for the Paypal prepaid Mastercard website. I have the card, and I have activated it, but I can't seem to get past the verification process when it comes to the last 4 of the SSN #, and the customer service chat support though my paypal.com account are useless. Furthermore when attempting to sign-in with my Paypal credentials on paypal-prepaid website the system says "The supplied PayPal account is not linked to your Prepaid account. Any help to figure this out is greatly appreciated. I am to the point of writing a letter to Paypal corporate about my experience, and the dissatisfaction with the customer service when it comes to the treatment of their customers.

Are you still having issues when accessing your Prepaid account?

Since you are getting this error: "The supplied PayPal account is not linked to your Prepaid account.", I suggest that you log in to your PayPal account first and link your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard if it's not yet linked.

Once added, go to: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-prepaid-mastercard and log in with PayPal

That should allow you to log in using the same credentials on your regular PayPal account.
