RoyNolderChafemgP3Tii Is a scammer. I have noticed other people in the PayPal community have complained about them as well. PayPal closed my cases claiming that the item was delivered to my house. The item WAS NOT DELIVERED. I don’t understand how PayPal is allowing a scammer to win a case.
