Hi all
My check from paypal was returned from the local bank, and they claim the person issuing it does not authorize the payment.
Being in Ecuador, the attitude from bank staff is rather arrogant and not willing to help out much.
Now what happens? Bank called and say they will hand me back the check at my address, so I will get this physical piece of paper back. But what should I do next?
Have zero experience with checks in general…
By the way, the Resolution Center does not work at all, I've tried multiple times to raise an issue selecting the correct transaction, but the page keeps saying "there was a problem on our end". I also tried selecting miscellaneous options after selecting the transaction. All end up with a warning sign and "problem on our end".
