Paypal sent me an e-mail with a $15 voucher. This morning, I clicked on "View Reward", and I saw the button "User Offer". However, a few hours later when I decided to use the voucher, I clicked on "Pay with Paypal" but the the button that allows me to use my $15 is not visible?
