I received a PayPal Cash Mastercard in the mail today. Sent to my address, but with some else's name. I called to ensure my social did not match the account and it did not but couldn't get passed the automatic assistant. The card and document includes a routing # and assigned account #.
Inclined to destroy and throw away. Any other suggestions? Could it be fraud or any chance of this person not getting something they need because I didn't report it?
