For the past few months I have been unable to print packing slips, either directly to printer or to a 'pdf' file. They used to print without problem at A4 size but now only a part of the 'slip' is printed - impossible to fit on a single page, portrait or landscape. I cannot find anyway of formatting them to fit to A4 - have had to resort to using Screenshot Capture to print!! No issues with printer setup - no problems with any other printing. Has anyone found the same problem? - I am baffled.

In order to print the packing slip so no info
is cut off, I use firefox and at the very top left
click 'File'.
Then i click 'page setup'. I then set it at 55%.
And then print the PayPal packing slips.
I can usually fit two small orders per page.
Just remember to change it back to 100%
when you print your shipping labels.
