I am trying to get my paypal.me/*** but when i access https://www.paypal.me/ and click on create my paypal.me  link, it take me directly to my paypal SUMMARY page always. I can´t create my paypal.me link. helpe me please.

Its not available in every country, if you can't click to open one then maybe yours is a country where its not available?
