PayPal pay in 4

How do I get approved for this? I have tried to use this feature tonight and it keeps saying sorry we can't offer you this right now. I received an email saying it is now available.

Sorry to hear of the trouble. 

It sounds like your Pay in 4 application was denied. When an application is denied, an email is sent with additional details.

Thank you for your reply. I haven’t received any emails in regards to not being approved. I’m very confused
