PayPal charged me free for my train ticket

I have bought 2 tickets within these two weeks and PayPal sent emails to notify me that my offer covered my payments to Trainline. Therefore, I am asking is it possible for PayPal to tell me what offer I had to cover all my payments in Trainline. Thank you
