I have received my PayPal Prepaid Mastercard Debit card and linked it to my PayPal account but I cannot transfer money from my PayPal account to it because it does not show up on the transfer list. What else do I need to do?
There should be a number on the back of the card you can call for help and/or questions.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
