I cannot assess the summary for my PayPal MasterCard because the window is not available. Why not?
It's nearly a month later - Now i have the same problem.
The mastercard account link is gone on the summary page and there's nothing about this mastercard in "my wallet", as faq instructions describe.
How do i access my mastercard account to view my bill and make payments????
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
