Hello!

I'm try to request PayPal Cash Mastercard, but alway response "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you"

It seems like our system may be blocking you for security reasons. You can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
