Hello,
I was about to buy something through kbdfans.com and I was using the pay in 4 payments methods but I did not click on "confirm" towards the end as I changed my mind about buying the item. Although I closed the tab and did not confirm, PayPal charged me with the initial payment and it had the message "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Pay in 4 completes your order.". I did not get a confirmation from kbdfans.com that the payment went through nor did I get a recipe email (which I usually do when I buy stuff there).
What does that mean? Will I be able to get my money back?
