Pay in 4 option disappeared

I was attempting to make a purchase on newegg.com with the pay in 4 option.  I selected the secure paypal checkout.  I submitted the Pay in 4 and it did a successful test authorization on my bank account.  I later attempted to complete the transaction on newegg but then it just says an error occurred and the option to use Pay in 4 disappeared even though my application was approved.

Im currently using the Pay in 4 feature on Newegg foe an ABS Prebuilt. Ive made 2 payments now, and went to use the feature again for a $50 part and it declined my purchase and then disappeared. Have you had any luck?
