So I paid all of my pay in 4 payments, and about a week after the final payment I still hadn't received one pf my items, so I contacted the seller and they told me they had to cancel an item because it was out of stock for too long. This was about 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to receive a refund from paypal, as the company said they couldn't refund me because of the pay in 4, and I can't get in contact with paypal at all. I've requested like 4 emails and I've received nothing.
