I also had the same problem today and in the past my friends have before, its a scam, they tell you they will give you £10 to refer their services and send your money and as soon as you do... Oh strange the message seems to disappear, to then go on PayPal customer support messaging with an assistant to have an automated response saying we may reply within a few hours and it's been around 3-4 now, so they are lying to their customers to get what they want and allowing customer support to take over 3-4 hours is just unbelievable, f*** paypal and f*** who ever founded this piece of s***.
